RUMP…..RUMP!!!!!

Rumple, we here at North of 36 Street endorsed Judge Jorge E. Cueto and stick behind him 100%. If you think that girl did not deserve to get yelled at then you have no respect for the sanctum of the court system. If you have the balls to call for Judge Cueto to step down maybe you should show face!!!!! But until then please don't fly off the cuff when all Judge Cueto did was instill discipline in his courtroom which he is entitled to do. Rump you are part of the problem this County has. We lack discipline and respect and thus people don't even dress appropriately to attend court proceedings. Judge's need to be respected even if you or the defendant may not agree with the decision rendered. People in Miami-Dade are incredibly déclassé and have no respect for each other or for authority for that matter!!!! It starts as kids when mom and dad think their child is special and that the child should not be disciplined by the teacher from there on the child loses respect for authority!! I understand the idea of judicial temperament but that does not excuse a 15 year old snots attitude towards the court. Next time you decide to call for someone to step down or resign because he tried to instill discipline please keep those comments to yourself and do not attack the individual who is trying to make a difference….

Have a fine weekend.

3 Months…..March

My friends it has now been three months since I have addressed the community at large. Of course, a lot has happened since then…rumors of investigations and stolen ballots…boy oh boy what will our beloved State Attorney
KFR do about it. It seems that the illustrious Marco Rubio has launched an exploratory committee for his US Senate race in 2010. Unfortunately for Rubio, there are two more candidates dropping their names in the hat come May (the end of the legislative session in Tallahassee) stay tuned.

Just a brief note on Viviana Bovo, Rep. Esteban Bovo's wife formerly Rubio's Legislative Aid and current assistant, is lobbying for Jackson Memorial Hospital (yes folks she's in Tallahassee I saw her with my own two eyes). Why is this important you ask? Rubio and Rep Bovo during an interview to the Miami Herald regarding conflicts of interest, stated they would not use her or any other lobbyist as a go between for matters of influence…Well, well, well I think we here North of 36 Street have caught you two in a little lie…..

I digress to things of a greater importance, apparently it seems that the absentee ballot scandal has reached the SAO's office and there's an investigation into the Diaz-Balart campaign stealing ballots along with the Bovo campaign in Hialeah… Yes, you can link our dear Marco Rubio to this scandal like that of former House Speaker forced to resign over "questionable activities". Unfortunately for our once Mayor, these deceitful actions by the Diaz-Balart campaign have angered him and our beloved sitting Mayor Julio Robaina has angered the demons that put him in power… FYI That's one thing you don't do in the City of Hialeah.

On a brief not Councilman Zavier Garcia will not seek a second term for Miami Springs City Council.

We here at North of 36 Street endorse Dan Espino a fine young man with a bright future in Miami Springs politics. Visit his web page to read more about him.

One last note, I normally don't venture south of 36 street, but it seems something smells fowl in the City of West Miami. It smells like the Devil and I mean in a real bad way. It seems that the City Manager
Yolanda Aguiar who is nearly bankrupting the City of West Miami has a track record of framing people for ridiculous things and then referring them to KFR and The Miami-Dade Ethics Commission. I am advocating change in 2010 in the City of West Miami.

Well that's a lot of information for you all to digest.

Have a Happy St. Patty's Day and remember to drink Green Beer it brings you good luck!!!

Y Que Viva Hialeah!!!!!
